Our Leadership Team

Aaron Philbrick is the President of Volta Services, LLC and is based in Western Pennsylvania. He began building his technical foundation while serving in the United States Army, where he worked as a Prime Power Production Specialist, gaining hands-on experience with mission-critical power systems and disciplined operational standards.

Aaron brings more than 10 years of testing and commissioning experience, supporting major U.S. utilities as a contractor, along with five years as the Founder and President of Volta Services. His background spans protection and control testing, commissioning, and field execution across complex utility and industrial environments.

Aaron places a strong emphasis on work-life balance, both personally and within Volta Services, while remaining deeply committed to delivering exceptional customer support. Under his leadership, Volta Services fosters a working culture built on honesty, precision, integrity, and a commitment to providing the best possible working environment for its employees.

Brandon O’Donnell is the Operations Manager at Volta Services, LLC and a Western Pennsylvania native. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh and brings more than 20 years of experience in the Investor Owned Utility industry.

Brandon’s professional background includes extensive work in EHV and distribution substation construction and maintenance, relay and controls, regulatory compliance, distribution operations, protection and design, and customer support. His broad technical expertise and operational knowledge play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high quality project execution across Volta Services’ utility and industrial work.

Brandon places a strong emphasis on building trusted relationships with employees and customers, while maintaining a consistent focus on safety, human performance, quality control, and exceptional customer service.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and children and is an avid outdoorsman.
